Subtables

A subtable (composition) creates closer relationships between tables.

When we want to write an invoice for consumption after a successful event, the invoice will likely consist of various items.

Here, a close connection is desired: If an invoice is deleted, it makes sense to also delete the items within it, as they are no longer needed. They were exclusively associated with this invoice.

💡 This close relationship between two tables is also called a composition.
