Printing tables
We have made all the preparations for printing a table. Depending on which format (PDF or HTML) you have selected, the following happens when you call up the print view:
Printing as PDF
- Open the table Company.
- Click on the gear icon
in the top left corner.
- Select Print View from the dropdown menu.
- A PDF file of the selected table (here: Company) will be downloaded automatically.
- Print the PDF using your printer.
Select "Print View" from the dropdown menu (3).
A PDF file is automatically created and downloaded (4).
Printing as HTML
Have you selected HTML as the print format? The process is almost the same as above, but the output is different.
- Open the table Company.
- Click on the gear icon
in the top left corner.
- Select Print View from the dropdown menu.
- A HTML version of the selected table (here: Company) will open in a new tab in your browser.
- You can print this page like any other webpage using your browser's print function.
