Set permissions within a specific field

How it works

1. Go to the field settings of the corresponding field.
2. Open More options.
3. Adjust the permissions according to your needs and confirm with OK.

In the Field settings, you can set role-based permissions for the specific field. These include:

• Who can see the field at all (has Read access) (1)

• Who can edit the field (has Write access) (2)

Alternatively, you can also define permissions using scripts:

• Under what conditions should the field be displayed (Field only visible if) (3)

• Under what conditions should the field be editable (Writable if) (4)

By default, everyone has read and write access.

Under More options, you can assign permissions at the field level in the field settings
