Thanks guys - Just realised why it was not wroking the one filed on 1 forms was in fact a lookup formulat itself so I was not referenceing it with my script above

add an image field to the form in design mode then you can load a pdf into that form. also you have “attachments” on forms so you can load or drag to onto the add image grid too.
