Ninox changed the above script wher i had the brackets so should have read like this if (select JobDockets.DispatchBy = today() + 2) then etc even so script is still ignored

yes you can copy table veiws etc. Hightlight the veiw. then press the plus in the view listing and give it a new name. this create a new view with all the info from the one you started with.

argh that should read "programmers"! and applies either when the image field is direct placed on the form (image field) or called via a from another table via formula
