Ninox tutorials stopped working?

I'm brand new so had been looking at tutorials here (on this web site).  But now, when I select a specific course to view, all I get is a. blank white screen, no window to play the video.  What happened, how do I view specific courses?  I tried You Tube , but all I gat there is a helter shelter of all kinds of different tutorials jumbled in no seeming order at all.  Why don't the tutorials work on this web site any more?

Thanks

I should add that I'm using Safari 16.6 in Big Sur.

While not a solution for the Ninox website, this is a good alternative as this You Tube page has essentially a Table of Contents in order where I can select which tutorial to view next.  Thanks!

Yes, Nick, that is just what I am getting.  They were working before, but stopped about a week or so ago.

    Try These

    https://www.youtube.com/@NinoxLearning/videos

Plenty of graded series 100, 200 etc videos and excellent learning curve to be had.

Thanks, I was aware of these as well, but still want to see the Ninox tutorials also as sometimes a slightly different perspective is helpful for me to grasp the. new concepts or see slightly different examples..  Thanks a lot for your. response.

I have the latest update to Safari, 16.6.1, and I just now tried again, still get an empty window as per the attached Screen Shot "Empty Tutorial Window" . . .  This is beyond me

Ugh, I have lots invested in my desktop computer, all sorts of stuff attached, 2 displays, 4 external hard drives, GPU, etc.  A new Mac would be ver 2k :(.  Thanks for your replies, they clarified this a lot.

So in my Safari (16.6) is works fine.

Which means it probably has something do with the ninox cache. I have issues with Ninox's website and have to delete my browser cache every so often. Have you done that yet?

The tutorials were initially working with my Safari 16.6, and OS 11.7.9.  Then it stopped working and I have since upgraded to Safari 16.6.1, and also  OS 11.7.10.  Still not working.  By clearing cache, to you mean deleting cookies in Safari, or doing a cold restart of the computer?  I have done both, so not sure what else to try . . .

Have you tried another browser? Maybe upgrade to OS 12 or 13?
