Ninox tutorials stopped working?

I'm brand new so had been looking at tutorials here (on this web site).  But now, when I select a specific course to view, all I get is a. blank white screen, no window to play the video.  What happened, how do I view specific courses?  I tried You Tube , but all I gat there is a helter shelter of all kinds of different tutorials jumbled in no seeming order at all.  Why don't the tutorials work on this web site any more?

Thanks

I've never had any other Browser than Safari.  And I've never had a problem like this with it before.  Does Safari have problems with many other web sites as well?????

Fred is suggesting you clear the cache relating to Ninox

You can clear a cache for a specific website in Safari

How to clear Safari cookies and cache for websites

      1. Open Safari.
      2. Click on Safari in the menu at the top of the screen.
      3. Click on Settings or Preferences (I think it is preferences for V16).
      4. Go to the Privacy tab.
      5. Click on Manage Website Data…
      6. Choose Remove All or selected websites (Ninox) individually to remove.

We can rule out Ninox side as many of us can access it with issue. Unless you can access another browser you have no real comparison. If you have cleared the cvashe above for Ninox - may i suggest you down load another browser ie Chrome (or other) then test again. You can always uninstall it afterwards. If that works I think it will point to your browser for whatever reason is playing up.

Mel Thank you for your additional info.  Yes I have been clearing cache in the manner you detailed, I delete all cookies several time a day.  What baffles me is that my Safari was working fine until about a week and a half ago.   I don't associate when it stopped working with any change in my Safari version.

I'll try your suggestion of checking with another browser - but rather than load one on my computer, I'll check on my wife's computer as I believe she as another browser already installed there.  We'll see what happens.  Again thanks for your suggestions.

I just upgraded to macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) and Safari 17.0.

Ninox Tutorial videos still not working with Safari!

Thanks, Nick.  I guess we can rule out version changes then . . .
