Help Needed: Error: Database Connection Failed on Ninox

Hi everyone,

I have migrated my complete data from Salesforce and imported it successfully, yesterday it was working fine, but right now, I'm encountering an error while trying to connect to my Ninox database:

"Database Connection Failed."

I've tried a few things but haven't had any luck. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

When I was searching about this, I came across these resources/blogs what is mulesoft in salesforce https://forum.ninox.com/t/p8hrtbv as per them I tried the following-

I checked the Network and my network is stable.

I also verified my Credentials and it's accurate.

I didn't find any issue with the Server.

I'll try restarting my router and resetting the database credentials once more. If that doesn’t work, I'll reach out to Ninox support with detailed error information.

If anyone has faced this before and found a solution, please share your experience. Any insights in the meantime would be really helpful.

    Have you tried other client connections?
