Lost colours and icon?

Anyone lost the colours across the top along with replacement of the Ninox icon top left? I cannot replace the icon or colours - still on most recent update ending in .6 (cloud)

@Fred Thanks Fred - jogged my memory re: Dialogs. Will have to think of a work around, button is an option, but new records can be created without the use of a button which stymies things somewhat.
