Ninext documentation

Hello everyone,

Many of you have been asking for this, so even though it's still a work in progress, we're happy to share the first version of the Ninext documentation: https://docs.ninext.fr.

This documentation is structured into two parts:

  • Installation and usage: A guide to help you get started with Ninext.
  • Tips and tricks: A collection of useful insights for coding with Ninox, including some essential reminders.

Your feedback and suggestions are welcome to help us improve it! 馃殌

No, in the end, it鈥檚 still the same for now. We just split it into two parts: one that has been published and another for which you need to send us an email.

Copying text on https://docs.ninext.fr/badges-10 is disallowed. Can you update this? It would be helpful to copy the code snippet examples you have provided.

    Thank you,

Thank you for checking that. I just enabled the copy permission. There is no button like in the forum, but you just need to select the text and copy it to the clipboard.

and I have updated the Ninext documentation. Elements that are not yet documented are indicated by a 馃毀 icon.

We have also clarified certain points that might have seemed unclear until now, such as NativeJS, how badges work on tabs, and the onclick event for "view" type fields.

We deliberately adopted a simple and concise approach to directly focus on essentials. However, if you feel that certain elements require more detail or deeper explanations to better assist you in using Ninext, please don't hesitate to share your feedback. We will enhance the documentation based on your suggestions.

Finally, we sincerely thank you for your numerous feedbacks. Your involvement greatly encourages us and motivates us to continue our efforts to continually improve Ninext.

    Happy usage,
    Jan and Jacques

    Hello everyone,

I've just published documentation about a hidden option within Ninox's http() function. This option now makes it easy to import binary files (such as PDF, images, Word, Excel, etc.) by converting them to the Base64URL format. This solution significantly simplifies data management during imports.

You can find this documentation under the Tricks and Tips section, in the Undocumented functions subsection. Feel free to check it out and share your feedback!
