You can't change the appearance of a text field. However you can create a formula field with the content of that text field. A formula field does allow styling in the settings of that field.…

Yeah, a formula field doesn't change values, only triggers, so if you put this in a button or a fields property trigger after update it'll work....

If you use styled, all the fields must be of the same type. For example a number and a text field won't work. You can use text(numberfield)+Textfield though. Steven

Dean, There seems to be no reference in any manual about location field type. We have to figure that one out by ourselves i guess. Sometimes , the manual is a bit sketchy.

With a loop in the trigger after update of that field can do the trick I think. let a := ChoiceField for i in select Table do ChoiceField := a end Steven.
