NB - Account issues - renewal

My subscription is up for renewal and I cannot find out how to step up from Basic/Starter to Professional.  All I seem to be able to find is to renew my current, now ended, basic subscription.  I am now locked out of my team(s) until I renew but am reluctant to renew on Basic/Starter in case I cannot upgraded to Pro once done.

I was on the old 'plan' which included what is now only available in the Pro hence my need to upgrade.

HELP!

    Sorry to hear that Ninox has made it difficult for you to upgrade. You should contact Ninox directly for help with subscriptions.

      Fred I have but not had much assistance really.  But I have sent another email and renewed on old plan.  Sure it will be sorted out.
