Why is there no way to log-in to the Ninox Forum?

When I try to sign-in to the Ninox Forum with my username and password, it does not recognize me. (It always worked before.) Then when I click 'Forgot my password," and enter my email address, it says it doesn't recognize my email address. I then try logging in with Google, and it logs me in, but then it switches me from the Forum to a Ninox tutorial site. Then when I go back to the Forum, click 'Get help' and then 'Ask a Question', it switches me from the Forum to the regular Ninox website, advertising Ninox products. When I try agin to log into the Forum and I click the link for “Don’t have an account?”… It asks me to create a new username and password, but even this does not get me into the Forum… It gets me a free trial of Ninox, which I do not need, because I already have Ninox. When I go back to the Forum without logging in, and select, 'Create topic', it lets me type this paragraph and question, but I will never get any responses, because Ninox Forum will not let me log in, no matter what I try. Is there something wrong with the site? How is a person supposed to log-in to the Ninox Forum and post a question, like I used to be able to do? I also sent this question previously to Ninox Support, but the never responded. Very frustrating.

    I've seen this before and what worked for me is to clear your browser cache of anything Ninox. Or try it in a different browser.

       Thanks so much for the quick reply Fred. I actually found that I had a "Content Blocker" turned on for the Ninox Forum website (in my Safari settings), so I turned it off, and now everything works fine. Thank you for your suggestion. I emptied my cache as well.

    I reported this over a year ago and sent a video clip as demo.  Still not fixed!!

       Hi Alan, In my case, I actually found that I had a "Content Blocker" turned on for the Ninox Forum website (in the Safari settings for my Mac, under Safari / Preferences / Content Blockers), so I turned it off, and now everything works fine.

    Ça m’est arrivé, sur Ipad avec Safari ça me fait ce que vous écrivez… sur Google Chrome c’est OK.

       Merci. Intéressant. Mais dans mon cas, le problème venait du fait que j'avais activé un bloqueur de contenu pour le site web du forum Ninox (dans les paramètres Safari de mon Mac, sous Safari / Préférences / Bloqueurs de contenu). Je l'ai donc désactivé, et maintenant tout fonctionne correctement sur Safari.

       J'utilisais un Mac, donc je pouvais aller dans Safari / Préférences / Sites Web / Bloqueurs de contenu… Mais je ne pense pas que les iPad puissent faire ça ; vous avez peut-être désactivé « Bloquer les pop-ups » pour Safari sur votre iPad, ce qui est différent. Si vous postez votre problème et précisez que c'est sur iPad, d'autres utilisateurs d'iPad pourront peut-être vous proposer des solutions. (Je n'ai plus d'iPad depuis des années, désolé.) Au fait, j'aime bien la traduction française de mon nom d'utilisateur… pourquoidavepourquoi (ha ha)!

      On fait de l’humour à la française sans le savoir… , pour le problème soulevé, je passe par Chrome et ça fonctionne. Bonne journée à vous.
