When I try to sign-in to the Ninox Forum with my username and password, it does not recognize me. (It always worked before.) Then when I click 'Forgot my password," and enter my email address, it says it doesn't recognize my email address. I then try logging in with Google, and it logs me in, but then it switches me from the Forum to a Ninox tutorial site. Then when I go back to the Forum, click 'Get help' and then 'Ask a Question', it switches me from the Forum to the regular Ninox website, advertising Ninox products. When I try agin to log into the Forum and I click the link for “Don’t have an account?”… It asks me to create a new username and password, but even this does not get me into the Forum… It gets me a free trial of Ninox, which I do not need, because I already have Ninox. When I go back to the Forum without logging in, and select, 'Create topic', it lets me type this paragraph and question, but I will never get any responses, because Ninox Forum will not let me log in, no matter what I try. Is there something wrong with the site? How is a person supposed to log-in to the Ninox Forum and post a question, like I used to be able to do? I also sent this question previously to Ninox Support, but the never responded. Very frustrating.
