Formula needed

Hi guys.

I need a Formula the sum Earned_V / sum Budget * 100 

(2.309 / 20915) * 100 

The Code_RQ is the Requisition Code no change. 

The ODC Code can be diferent. 

One RQ may have different ODC

    sum(Renglones_RQ.Earned_V) / sum(Renglones_RQ.Budget) * 100
