    Hello,

I've got a customer database and an invoice database. There is a variable "status" in each invoice. The status can take value 1, 2 or 3.

Is it possible to print a form from the customer database with all this customer's invoices which have for example status = 3.

    Thank for helping.

    Pierre.

    Hello,

Has printing labels been introduced yet? If so how do we go about this. If not do you have an idea of time scale? Thank you.

Printing labels is not part of the improvments in version 2.2. We are planing major imporvments to out print features later this year.

Is it possible to create a multipage report? I would like to make a report that has 4 pages of information that I only have to print once. Right now I have 4 different reports and so I have 4 different files that I have to combine in order to send out the information.

This is possible but tedious. (There is no page break available yet.) You can change the paper format to "custom" and add as much content as you want.

I have a database of items I have stored. They are stored in racks that hold five boxes and each box is 10X10. So each record has a rack number, a box number (1-5), and a column letter (A-J) and a row number (1-10). Is it possible to print all of the records with the same rack and box number in a 10X10 grid where I only print the contents field and the date field? Basically a box view. This would save a lot of space eliminating the repetitive elements. If this is possible an improvement would be to have the rack and box number listed once on the top of each page.
    Thanks

I am trying to create a rota where there is a set of dates each with a name alongside them, and at the bottom of the rota is some static text.
My first idea was toI create a table with the dates and use related records to bring the names in using a common week number (which cycles around the number of names in the list); but there doesn't seem to be a way to create the static text.
So, instead, I created a single record with dates and related records to bring in the names which is fine as I can create multi-line text fields for the static text. The problem is when it comes to printing as I can't get the related records to appear - they are not in the list of fields to add. So the rota has everything apart form who's actually doing the work!
I was wondering about a choice field but it doesn't seem possible to copy them which would mean entering the data for each date in the list which would be very labour intensive.
Is there any way around any of these problems?

If you could send me (support@ninoxdb.de) a copy of the Ninox database you are working on (Main menu -> "Save Archvie as...") I'm sure that I can find a solution to your problem.

I am customizing the printing of invoices. I added a table in the layout but I would like to change the alignement of the text/numbers in each column. For exemple, each column should be aligned on the left side. Currently the title are centered, some column aligned on the left side and some other on the right side.
Is there a way to change this alignment?
    Thanks!

The alignement of fields in a subtable can not be customized. Thes are aligned left for text, aligned right for numbers and aligned center for dates ans times.

    Hi support,

is there a way to print/save a pdf with a name made of a string of field values? Let's say printing an invoice with number and date in the file name.

    Thanks, Danilo

Trying to print a form with a color field - instead of printing the color - it shows the text representation of the color (i.e. #1f34ff) - is there a way to get the actual color to show instead?

I am trying to print a table reference that contains several lines but I noticed that only the first 6 lines are displayed in the preview.
Is that a inherent limitation of the preview or is there a way to display/print the entire table reference?
    Thanks!

    Hello Denis,

By design the preview shows only 6 records in the print preview. However, when you print the pdf, you will be able to see all the records.

    Thank you,
    Sakshi
