Support, I am getting the same error message. Tried both the Mac and cloud versions of Ninox. Unable to open any databases. Please advise!

On my end, it is only impacting my databases in the cloud. I can fully access and modify local databases and I can open and update databases in the cloud, but I can't sync those without getting the error I posted before. Unfortunately, I'm trying to make changes now that impact other team members so I'm pretty much at an impasse.

PS If you can currently open a database in the cloud, don’t try to ‘Reset Synchronization” on it right now or this error will prevent you from opening it. Fortunately, I discovered this on a test database so I can at least still look at my actual production data.

Guess I spoke too soon because now I'm not able to open any of my databases in the cloud. I keep getting the same error as Sarah. The timing of this problem is terrible. I'm supposed to give a demo of some new functionality I've built with Ninox this weekend and now I can't even access it.

    Hi,

it was a server issue and it was solved this morning. You (and all who had that issue) should be able to access their databases now. We apologise for any inconvenience.

    Best, Jörg

    Hi,

Please send an e-mail to support@ninoxdb.de if you get such a message because we need to know the precise error message or the ID of your team to identify the server.

    Thank you very much.

    Best, Jörg
