Spam = Garbage = Not Good!
Alright.
The SPAM is completely out of control here and while I don't 'offend' easily, some of it is frankly disugusting/offensive.

My friends (show of 'hands' out there), ... how many of you participate on other forums/platforms where you do NOT see this, ever!?? (Both of my hands are 'raised')
Ninox, you can do better ... don't you think?? There are ways of keeping this garbage off of this platform.
Consider that this 'forum' page is part of your website. And this page like all the other pages on your website should reflect well on your product and your brand --> Brand consistency.
Very many people rely on this forum and many (wonderful) people contribute to this forum and we all interact with one another here as well.
So, speaking now for many ... we'd all really appreciate something being done about this - once and for all.

lol, Fred, hopefully you have an email template already prepared ... otherwise there's a lot of typing going on !!
... but you are absolutely RIGHT. I'm going to do that as well. In our emails we should include a sample of the garbage as well ... ;-) just to inform ... I can't understand why they aren't more responsive to this!
--> We're not in the 1990s anymore so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to do something about this! ke

I too keep emailing Ninxo support.
The standard response "is we are are looking at it" and as once direct said to me "We will soon have someone to deal with it"
Agree it is now completey out of control !!!!

Hope you are all well. The comments below are not a complaint however, I would really appreciate you giving me an honest answer.
Please can you tell me exactly what is happening regarding the removal/prevention of all the invasive spam that is being posted on the forum every week? Along with others, I personally have reported this several times and been assured that you are dealing with it. It has now been ongoing on for many months.
I run my business relying on Ninox and reply the support/sharing given from colleagues on the forum. All this invasion is ruining the Ninox user experience for many users - who are becoming more vocal on the forum and I fear may drive users away from Ninox. I love Ninox but the forum is becoming almost unusable!
Please can you tell me something constructive and not just “we are looking at it”. At the same time, why have you totally stopped posting and supporting users on the forum? - your lack of presence is very noticeable!.Many kind regards

many thanks for your feedback. We very much agree with you, therefore we're already looking into this and working on a solution to prevent spam in our forum in the future. Additional to this we spend our focus on growing our team within the next three months. We will definitely expand our Customer Service team as well and very likely will have a Community Manager for our forum as well in the near future.
