Where is my database

I had computer troubles and after restoring some information from a backup I lost my most recent archives and the latest one I have is May 9th.  Where is the actual database I was working on located in the off chance I can still get it? I'm using Mac OS Majave.

    Hi, 

    The local database are stored here:

    ~/Library/Containers/de.ninoxdb.ninox-mac.Ninox/Data/Documents/data 

     

    If you have TimeMachine enabled on your Mac you might restore former backups of your databases.
