No Workspace Access - macOS Desktop Client

Hello Ninox Forums - I built a pretty big database that I use to track my jobs and labor. Work has been slow so I haven't started Ninox in 2 weeks or so, and today I was greeted with this when starting the application (I'm on macOS 15.5)

"No Workspace Access"

To use Ninox, you must be added to a workspace. Contact the server or admin for access.

NORMALLY when I start it up I'm greeted with my database (which is store in iCloud), as well as 3 or 4 other local databases I've made in the past (one keeps track of website, the others are test databases for trying out new things).

What's happening here? I just ran a script I wrote that creates a back-up of my database so I think all of that is safe (my god it best be). Has ninox finally discontinued their desktop version and is forcing everyone to the cloud? Any suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks so much

Try deleting the preferences for the app:

    Terminal command
please try the following to fix the problem:
    open the Terminal app
You can find it via Spotlight search, the magnifying glass in the top right corner (just type Terminal)
Copy and paste the following command:

    defaults delete de.ninoxdb.ninox-mac.Ninox

then you can execute the command by pressing enter

Thank you, that did it. What exactly occurred here? What preference would have been enabled to cause that happen. I'm asking for diagnostic purposes.

these the app "preferences". so deleting them seems to fix other issues. beyond that I don't know what would cause it.
