3.17.9 is live for the web app on Public and Private Cloud. We've just submitted the native apps to the app stores; the earliest you'll see 3.17.9 in the App Store or Google Play is tomorrow.
Additionally, modularity is now available as a beta on Public Cloud with 3.17.9.  We're releasing it in stages, so availability will expand over the coming days.

Note: On-Premises is scheduled for the end of this week and will include everything from 3.17.7 onwards.
