Huge pricelist

I have imported huge pricelist and connected order Data so i can chose aricles from pricelist while ordering...but problem is every time i make order on iPad when i tap on pricelist application freezes Because list is too large (application is trying to show all Data from the list) is IT posible to tap on the list and type in the search so it displays only searched data.. in the browser it works well (its also loading data but i can type in search bar before it loads)
