Finding a phrase in records

There are 2 find options - Global and Table. GLobal is the one at the top list above th table name list and Table is the one at the head of the main table list of dat. They work differently

Global: - info put here will be fund across all tables - to have data found here - ensure each table you want added to the list of find options is enabled for Global Search - goto table click spanner and enter edit mode

Also make sure each field want included !!! (just edit each filed and you will see - more options slect that and Include on global is there

Table search is slightly different insofar it only finds those fields that are shown on your table view.

so click the the funnel symbol at the top of the table listing and ADD every field you want included in a search !!!!
