Invoice database
Looking to Trey this out for an accounts app. When producing invoices are the details saved to a backend database or just a list of produced invoices.

@KenStrain... Yes. Details are saved in various tables.

The Ninox invoices template, like all Ninox apps, is based on a table schema and structure built natively within the Ninox application itself. As a result, any content presented in views, forms or report formats is stored in the table that hosts each particular view, form or report.
In Ninox, there are also a variety of ways to include content from tables that are not hosing the view or report so that you can create complex reports that, say for example, include the Invoice Header and all the invoice line items.
You may want to attend the ERP/CRM/Accounting Special Interest Group (SIG) webinars which are held at noon EST every Thursday. We cover a variety of accounting topic each week that you might find helpful. You can register using this link >>> https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_jUEbpiAdSrSFg94j03XY7Q
You may also want to check out the 7-week Seminar "Building and Accounting System in Ninox" that starts on Monday April 8. You will learn everything you need to know about using Ninox as the platform for a double-entry cash or accrual accounting system. You will also receive GL, AP, AR, Inventory, PO, Payroll and Budget/Projection/Forecast Ninox apps that you can customize to meet your specific accounting needs. You can learn more about that seminar here >>> https://www.ninoxus.com/eyN38
