Automatically Displaying referenced data based on String

Hello, I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but I can't seem to figure it out. 

I'm attempting to use Ninox to help organize summer camps. Based on already imported data, I want to create a sub table for each camp displaying the campers attending. I am doing this as a table instead of a view because I plan on utilizing iPads to capture parents signatures for sign in and sign out. 

Can anyone tell me how to make the entries automatically appear in the sub table rather than me having to go through and add each referenced entry manually? I'm not trying to get super fancy with it, I'm just looking for a simple solution to save from adding 100s of entries again!
