Created On - Duplicate Records

I have a field called Created which is a formula "created on"

Sometimes I need to duplicated a record, but the Created field becomes blank.   It works only when I created a new record.   Is there a solution to this?

    Which platform are your using (browser, MacOS app, mobile app)?

    When I did it in my browser it works fines.

    I was able to duplicate it on my MacOS app(v3.9.3). Sadly this is probably a limitation of the app. I notice that it doesn't keep track of the creation date so you if you don't track it to start with you can't go back and get the creation date.

    You can submit a ticket with Ninox to verify.
