automatic order
Hello,
I have a table with a to-do list that has an order: 1,2,3,4...
I'd like when I finish on the 3rd, position 4 becomes position 3 and so on.
Is there a formula for doing this?

What you want to do is similar to this thread...
There currently isn't a "Trigger after delete", unfortunately, and deleting a record doesn't fire "Trigger after update" so you might be stuck with using a button.
