System for multiple "guest" users?

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a "guest" user system?

I want to create a way for distributors/wholesalers place orders with us. One option is a form connected to our DB via integromat, but I'm wondering if there's a way I can create a "guest" section/view/table that would allow them to view their orders, place new orders, see available stock etc. However, its not feasible to have an account per customer. So yeah, just wondering if anyone has such a system or any recommendations?

If multiple customers use the same login they can see the same data.

I am evaluating Ninox. shared / public views with some user input would be good for project approvals, invoices / orders and more. Did you discover a solution? Thanks

    Hi,

The solution is still the same.

If multiple users use the same login they can enter Ninox and see the same data.

If you want to use different roles and rights you need diverent user log in's, what means different users that are covered by a subscription.

Hi Jörg, It's not a solution. Say you have 100 customers who you would liek to be able to email a project summary dashboard. Each dashboatd record reive would have a sharable url? Does that make sense. Anyway the function isn't there. Happy to explain the need insome details with a product person because I would Like to use this product at some point.

You could front-end your Ninox Cloud application with a web app and use the Ninox REST API to pull / push the data.

While you "could" develop your own "log on page" in your Ninox Cloud app and manage the users / passwords manually, then code visible, readable, writeable rules using that "user".....  I believe that violates the spirt / intent of the user license.   A fair majority of the Ninox community has requested a more cost effective / limited use type of license to address this use case.
