Printing a Ninox table as a PDF with Images

Printing a Ninox table as a PDF with Images

Follow the steps below to create a printing layout with images:

  • Create a table 'Master', and in this table create ONLY 1 record
  • In this table, create a relationship 'link from' with the table that you want to print the records (for example: 'Customers')
  • On the table 'Customers', Go to: Gear > 'Update Multiple records' > relationship to table 'Master' > Assign Constant Value > 1 >Execute Update (this will link all the records from table 'Customers' to that one record of the table 'Master')
  • Open the table 'Master' and go to the Print Layout to print your PDF with images.

    Thank you very much Maria.

It is indeed an easy way to make lists with photos. I had to make arrays with 2 photos per line. For this I had to use 2 tables, one for the rows which has two links to the photos and a master which lists all the rows.

Do you know when the HTML bug will be fixed on the reports?
This feature will make it easy to create multi-column arrays, without even having to create tables. That would be great 😊

Rafael - you can create your 1 reports then save it the creat a new (copy) based on the report with a new name to give you multiple copies - of which you can then edit slightly

Rafael. Sorry I am not quite understanding what you are asking for

you question asked above is it possible to create a template report and technically it is to a point.. You can design one 2 report for a given form with your logos/headers/footers etc etc in. Which you save ie report 1 - you can go onto your printer symbol and click that report and select save as and give it a new name ie report 2 - you now have 2 reports for that form/table.

Is that not what you want?

I'll add a comment to your other thread
