Synchronization not working

Hi all,

I have another user that uses the database for data entry mostly. Up to last week everything went fine. I could see all the figures, but since last week I can't see any data entered anymore. She sent me pictures of all the data entered, but I can't see it on my end. Any idea what is wrong here? We already tried re-opening the app and restarting the phone. We both use the app on our phones.

    What version of the app?

    is your DB stored in the cloud or iCloud?

       Honestly I don't know. We just installed the app on the phones. It used to work. Where can I check this?

      to get the app version:

      1) open the app

      2) click on the icon in the upper right corner

      3) at the bottom of the new window it will say

      is this the iOS or Android version?
