If I upgrade to the new version 3.13 what would happen to my current database on the previous version?

Hopefully not much.

If you are a cloud user then you are using the latest version weather you like it or not.

The apps have not been updated yet, so if you use the cloud and the app then nothing major has been reported, so far. I use both and have not seen anything out of the ordinary.
