Using the Mac App, white screen now displaying, clearing cache doesn't work

Greetings!

I am now seeing a white screen (using the application, not the web version) where a few days ago I was not.  I verified the database still exists. Clearing the cache doesn't resolve the problem.

Please assist.

Thanks!

Sincerely,

Have you tried deleting the app preferences as explained in this post?

Yes, I did.  Interestingly the system also reports that domain doesn't exist.

Apparently this is an application issue and the dev team is aware of it and working on a solution.

I keep checking to see if the application has updated, but not as yet. I wish there was a "revert" because I use that db daily and it is a bit critical.

I too am having this issue, white screen not showing my databases and no functionality at all. I was told the same, they are aware and are working on a solution, however in the meantime I’m accessing the DB through the phone app as I have it saved on my I cloud. Not ideal at all, hoping it gets sorted quickly

I’m having the same issue using the app on an IPad running OS version 15.8.5.

    3.17.9 still has this issue.

Updating to Ventura 13.7.8 from .7 addressed the issue.  Developer stated the OS needed to be updated and the application would function correctly.

I have the issue where my Mac OS won’t update anymore, MacBook Pro with OS 12.7.6. Will need to invest in a new MacBook but concerned about migrating the data over, will it work if I migrate all files and data does that bring over all the databases or did the update make them inaccessible. Sorry for the questions I’m really not computer literate

Contact their support and let them know of this condition as they might be able to provide an alternate solution.

thanks for the reply, I’ve been in contact with them today and they have responded saying that they cannot guarantee compatibility with macOS versions that are no longer officially supported by Apple. They apologise for the inconvenience!!!
I will contact them again to see what they can do, I feel they should have been open with the  incompatibility of users with older operating systems and then at least I could have made provisions.

It would be great if you could revert to the prior version, since that was working for you.  If you were using Time Machine, you might be able to do just that.

I do have backups on Time Machine, however I’ve been a bit lapse lately and I think my last backup is 8-9 weeks ago. I have the DB in iCloud too I believe so unless Ninox will roll it back for me which I doubt it looks like I’m going to have to buy a new Mac
