Those pesky hidden fields....

So for folks who hide fields that are only for designers, admin...those yes/no, lock fields and that sort of thing that you need to get to but cannot recall where on the form they are or need to get to quickly to edit etc...

Rather than got to 'edit fields' and find it just use a quick 'change tab colour' option.  Of course this only works if you use the option of TAB for first field to have a coloured background (or not) as the case may be.  With a quick color change all the hidden fields pop up in all their glory.  Once tweaked just revert the TAB colour to what it was.

Good idea and worth noting as I have dozens of hidden fields!. I also have another way I do it.

I give the would be hidden fields number in their "display field only if" ,attribute

ie if Lock = 2468. Then i have master Lock field tucked away in an Admin tab awaiting a lock key entry. Once set the all the fields show regardless of what page(tab) the are on. I do this for every table.

In addition I also have a master one in an Admin table too for global tasks (set to a different number) for extra private fields that I don't want to show
