How prohibit changes to the table/field record

How i can prohibit changes in the table of an already made record. Task - If the record has been made, no one can change it, just admin. The prohibition on deletion has been work, but how prohibid chang this record

    solution found:

    1 - created yes / no by defoul value  YES the

     

    2 - field that needs to be prohibited from changing prescribe

     

    after all i hid them
