Customized view when searching a linked table?

When I enter information in the data entry form, I have a field for a linked table that I can either search or add a new record to. This is standard for Ninox. What I want is to have is a custom view for this linked table. The changes I make to it when it pops up do not persist. Can this be done? Currently, the table is always sorted by "Id".

    Hi, 

    please enable the admin mode (the wrench symbol in the right top corner) before you start to adjust the view of your subtable. Only than your changes and customization will be saved.
