Refer to a field inside a tooltip @Jacques TUR

Is it possible/doable to refer to a field in a tooltip?  Cannot be done currently but if it were one could have a kind of trigger.  Not sure how well this will work but I am thinking of using a tooltip in a sort of dynamic way.
