Infinite loop

I have numerous databases on my iPad Pro 11’’ running IOS 17.4.1. Ninox is the latest version. I think I have created an infinite loop in the startup file for one of my databases. Not realising this I tried to open the DB. All I get is a spinning wheel for about 5 mins after which Ninox crashes. I cannot get access to any of my other DBs which contain a lot of important data. Is there any way that I can force the DB that is trying to open to quit? I have tried rebooting my iPad and quitting and restarting Ninox, both to no avail. I believe that if I delete Ninox and reload it I will loose all my existing databases - not something that I want to do!

Many thanks in advance for any advice.

I have the file location for the preference file on MacOS.

You can email Ninox support and ask about how to delete the preference file on iOS. Maybe it is just deleting the app and reinstalling, but they would know.

Thanks Fred, I’m concerned that deleting the app will also delete all my databases as they appear to be saved within the app itself.

I'm sure Support will know of a way to deal with this issue.

I’ve been in contact with two different Technicians. No joy yet!
