I have a parent table with the businesses clients listed in it.  The client will assign a case to work on and in a child table, a user will select the client using the magnifying glass icon.  However, some people click the Plus sign icon and can then create new clients in that table.  How can I make it so the Plus sign icon doesn't show up? I only want them to be able to choose from existing clients.
