Date + Time

I have to separate fields, one is Date, that just displays the selected date, then I have a time field.

I would like to create a formula that will put those two fields together, in "Date / Time" format. 

For example: Date= 05/01/2020 and Time=11:37 AM

I want my result to be 05/01/2020 11:37 AM, again in 'Date / Time' format, so GNATT view and pull it.
