Opening Specific Attached Documents on Field

Is there a formula or a function I could you to enable me to Open a file attached to a record using a Button.  By clicking a button the file attached to a specific record would popup. Another question is if theres going to ever be the possibility to print a record with a custom name? Can this be an upcoming change request to the print function?

    I find it a bit confusing for ninox to not release any prepatch notes for any upcoming updates. it would be nice to see some so i would prepare my databases for any new features to replace my alternate solutions on.
