Urgent please help - I'm a newbie!
I am trying to display the name of a client in my calendar. I am in a child table called meetings. I want to add first name and last name from my 'parent' file. The 'show as' function will only allow me to add one field - it won't accept both names. I've had this working but now it won't? Can anyone please help - really urgent actually. thanks.

Something like 'First Name' + " " + 'Last Name' in the 'show as' field doesn't work?

No it didn't - I've managed to find a code somewhere else and copied it in - and now that does work. I guess I need to pay more attention to the detail. Thanks for coming back to me - my Sunday has disappeared on me!

In your child table create a formula field (e.g. Calendar Display) with desired names from you pafrent table. Then use this Calendar Display field in the 'Show As' box.
