Comments Section

I have a property database where I send reports after an inspection.  Is it possible to create a formula that any comments I add to a property record are then sent to the Ninox comments section on the click of a button?  Any advice would be appreciated.  At the moment I am copying and pasting the notes into that section.

    Assume you mean the 'comments' next to the 'attachments/paperclip'?  If that is the case then I don't think it's possible to populate the 'comments' element apart from typing it in yourself.

    I wouldn't use the Ninox comments

    I personally would create your own master comments field for each property (or a global one in another table for all properties (and maybe a date/time field too that timestamps the day you enter the comment).

    Then might ultimately give you more control that over the Ninox in built comments tab

    Thanks for your feedback everyone, I appreciate your time.  Yes, I wish I had of created my own master comments field with a time/date stamp instead of using the ninox version, but now I've been using it for so long, it's probably too late to change.
