Ninox Not Syncing with iCloud

I downloaded the iCloud Ninox app, but it doesn't see the Ninox databases that are in my iCloud account. The only (apparently non-synching) way I can get the data on iPhone is to save an archive.

What is needed so the iPhone will see the Ninox database in iCloud so it will sync as expected?

    If you have done the following already:

    1) use the same iCloud account on the Mac and iPhone

    2) turned on iCloud drive on your Mac

    3) saved the DB into iCloud

    Then you should email support@ninox.com for more help.

    I just created a new DB on my Mac, saved to iCloud, then checked my iPhone and the DB showed up. I'm using v3.5.14 of MacOS app.

      Fred I fixed it. No idea why it didn't get to iCloud the first time (the cloud icon was "on"). I saved the DB as an archive and re-imported it. This time it works.
