Problem Ninox

I can't log in to ninox, what's going on? What a problematic week.

    Yep a lot of people have had the same issue from about last wed. I lost two complete trading days ! Support insisted there was no problem - very annoyed about this ! and orders

    Pretty sure it's linked to Ninox 4. If you had a beta invite you now have to reset your password in Ninox 3, which unifies the login details for Ninox 3, and Ninox 4.

    Speaking of which, how is the forum going to manage questions about two distinct platforms?

    In my case there was no invite, we were working as normal and then without warning all users were thrown out of Ninox with a session ended and at that point could no longer login. Even the user names was no longer recognised etc. all attempts of clearing caches / deleting history etc was a totally waste of time. support emails went back and forth and still they insisted it was not an issue.   

    What annoyed me (and I hardly ever get upset with Ninox support) was their constant line of "it is nothing to do with us guv" and yet today we see they have posted confirmation that there was an issue.

    We lost a lot of time and orders in trying to get this resolved over last Thursday/Friday..
