openTable() with sort order.

Hi, using openTable() is it possible to open a table specifying sort order?  In other words:
openTable() - in descending order on the record ID field -.  Idea being to open a form view starting with most recent record first.

openTable("PROJECTS", "PROJECT") - open to most recent/highest record ID -
