How do I edit a subtable on a form (stay in table view)

    Hi, 

    You can do that if you go to the subtable (via click on an entry in it or choose it from the list on the left hand side), then switch into the admin mode (wrench symbol in the right top corner of Ninox) and then click on "Edit fields".

    I guess I did not make myself clear. I do not want to edit the table itself. I want to edit the data in the subtable, and have it remain in table view, not switch to form view.

    just switch to the table view "table" in the toolbar above the table:

    That edits the main form, I want to edit the subform data while it is in table view.

    If you click into a row of the subtable or connected table it will switch automatically to the subtable. At the moment there is no possibility to edit the entries of the subtable directly in the subtable in the main form. If you switch to the subtable you may also create a view there which is grouped for the main table. That would help you to see all the records that belong to the main table in one group. There you can do the same like I wrote above.
