App IOS crashes

A few weeks ago the ninox app on both ipad and iphone, both updated to IOS 12.4, crashes as soon as it's open. why?

I don't have this problem (iPhone - iOS 12.4).
Maybe try uninstall and reinstall?

I started to experience the issue on my iPad a couple days ago after I updated the iOS to 12.4.8. The Ninox app crashes as soon as it opens.

Prior to the update, I had no issue, I was successfully using Ninox version 3.1.? ( locally on the iPad) for at least 30 days.

I have offloaded and reinstalled Ninox with no success. The delete and reinstall is not an option as I will loose my work to-Date.

Any thoughts on how to proceed?

It will great, if the individuals that were experiencing this issue, provide feedback on how they addressed this issue, which seems to be associated to iPad OS 12.4. Unfortunately, I can’t upgraded to a higher release of the iO.

Any assistance in resolving this issue it will greatly appreciated.
