How to improve main menu

I have a main menu (see picture attached) where if you click in the small pictures it appears several buttons that are linked to different tables.

How could this main menu be enhanced?

    Without knowing your DB, it is hard to make recommendations.

    Did you have some things you wished the Main Menu can do?

    Why not have a page with several tabs for set of buttons.
