You can't. When you add expending or larger image fields, Ninox defaults the other fields on same line to line up at the foot!

No Great and I should think 99% of users might have moaned to Ninosx about this.

One day they will do something about it! - until then it line up at foot!

You could a line break or a space and force the updates box to under your update ready button/label

and/or center them (by adding a sapce in fron of both)
