Removing " from custom report

These are my table contents {'His/Her'} {'Therapy needs….'}

In custom report it types the fields as her "therapy needs. A report will be provided and include recommendations."

 

How do I remove the ", its not doing it to first His/Her box just 2nd one. I have tried deleting and starting new, made no difference.
